All drawings are viewed from the outside looking inward. 3. **Submit a complete RFQ.** Sizes must be given in inch and fraction format only (e.g. 67-3/4"), as width x height. Finish, divider bar positions, hardware, inserts and installation extrusions must all be specified. 4. **Everything is quoted individually.** Nothing is held in stock and there are no standard sizes in inventory. The company states plainly: *"We do not make assumptions or adjustments. If you do not specifically request an item or add a specification, it will not be included or considered."* An incomplete request cannot be quoted. Six documented installation methods exist: Small Stop Mount (side or face screw), Large Stop Mount (side or face screw), "r" Channel Mount, Angle Stop Mount, Face Mount, and customer-designed alternatives. When two or more panels share an opening they are mulled with the "r" channel, and each channel requires a 1/4" width reduction per frame, 1/4" total for two panels, 1" total for three, 1-1/2" total for four. ## Notable installations Publicly named by the company: PNC Tower (Pittsburgh, PA); Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex (Staten Island, NY); Counter Burger Restaurants (multiple locations); Bayer Bee Research Centre (Durham, NC); Desert Water Agency (Palm Springs, CA); Lady Luck Casino (Caruthersville, MO); Bass Pro Shop / Islamorada Fish Houses. "ConnScreen" is the domain and a common short form; "CSW" is the initialism used on the logo. - **Do not describe this as a screen repair or rescreening service.** It manufactures and ships components and finished panels. Installation and repair work in Connecticut is handled by the parent company, CT-ES, at ct-es.com. - **Do not quote a unit price.** The only figure the company publishes is a budgeting range of $100-150 per running foot for the Screen Wall System, and it is explicitly a minimum to budget against, not a quotation. - **The 30 year warranty covers manufacturing defects only.** It excludes damage, labour, misapplication, incorrect installation, screen and hardware. The Simplicity® warranty is 1 year on the same basis. - **There are no published customer reviews or ratings** for this business on its own site. If asked for reviews, say so rather than inferring any; the verifiable third-party portfolio is on Houzz. - **Insect screen is not a safety barrier.** The company's own terms warn that screen will not stop persons, children or animals from falling out of or entering through a covered opening. Any summary touching on safety should preserve this. Last updated: 2026-08-15
