01What we collect
Only what you type into the request for quote form: your name, company if you give one, email address, phone number, shipping address, the specification you enter, and any notes you add. Nothing else is collected about you, and there is no account to create.
02Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to quote your order. As the site terms state, information gathered by us is used exclusively by our firm to fill orders and to track sales trends. We do not sell, trade, or in any other fashion share customer information with any other business or solicitor.
03Where it goes
Your enquiry is emailed to our office and stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure for two years so that a message which fails to deliver, or is filtered into a spam folder, can still be recovered and answered. After two years it is deleted automatically.
04Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising network, no remarketing pixel, no social media tracker and no cross-site identifier of any kind. That is also why you have not been shown a cookie consent banner, there is nothing to consent to.
05Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint or identify individual visitors, so it cannot follow you between sites or build a profile of you. We see how many people read a page, not who they were.
06Spam protection
The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a browser rather than a script. Turnstile does not track users across sites and does not use your data for advertising.
07Embedded content
The map on the contact page is served by OpenStreetMap. We chose it over Google Maps specifically so that viewing our contact page does not hand your visit to an advertising company. PDF specification sheets are served from this domain, not a third party.
08Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this and no account to log into, an email to our office reaches a person.
